Ancient Oaks RV Park in Rockport, TX

Office was great the managers are doing a GREAT job runing the day to day operations. The location was right on to be close to everything around with only a short drive .

The staff is very friendly and helpful.

We stayed in our RV and enjoyed our spot! They have beautiful oak trees, a catch and release pond with turtles 🐢 and squirrels 🐿️ all around! This location is close to downtown and restaurants! Our neighbors were pleasant and quiet! There is also a pool to cool down!

My wife and myself stayed here two days. All I can say is it is clean and the Manager is an absolute amazing lady. It has every possible amenity. We will be regulars for now on.

Ancient Oaks is a very peaceful and quiet place to come stay in your RV or rent a tiny home. They have top of the line facilities, very nice pool and hot tub, they also have a beautiful little pond where you can see turtles. The property is very well maintained and the few staff members that I have met have been very nice.

Friendly people running the Park, and other visitors were all very friendly. Park is clean and love the refurbished pool area. It’s a quiet park and enjoy visiting /staying here each Summer. We usually stay in one of the Park Models since we don’t own an RV, but unfortunately we were advised that they were all being sold and removed. So this maybe our last opportunity to stay at the park without having this option available any longer.
